Job Description
A major UK construction business is seeking a driven Senior Site Manager to work on a large new building project in the Fife area.
If you are a Senior Site Manager passionate about driving standards and looking to work in a well-organised, forward-thinking construction business, this may be the right opportunity for you.
About you;
You will be an experienced Construction Site Manager with a proven track record of completing projects up to £75m in value on time and within budget with a main contractor.
You will be accountable for driving the health & safety management plan and implementing environmental procedures on site and therefore be adept in maintaining site procedures and documentation to an exacting standard.
You will have a strong technical aptitude, confident in providing advice on buildability issues as required being able to lead technical meetings with clients and design partners. In tandem with this, you will have a good practical understanding of site activities, being able to relate to and direct trades & operatives in a very hands on way.
