We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Team Leader to work 24 hours per week at our outlet in Rosyth. We offer a Real Living Wage of £9.90 per hour plus an acting up allowance.
As a Team Leader you will be expected to step up in the absence of the store manager and assist with the stores daily managerial duties including staffing and general administrative duties. Leadership skills are key to be successful within this role.
You will be expected to operate the till and take payments as part of the daily sales assistant duties but also to track levels of fuel in storage tanks. Part of the role includes restocking, and keeping the forecourt and store, including all facilities clean, tidy and clear of obstructions.
This role is key in providing exemplary customer service to all customers and as a result constant professionalism is required from you.
