Search Construction is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to work with a growing Fife based construction company.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the success of projects by interfacing with various colleagues and departments to make sure that the project is set up for a smooth delivery.

This includes the following:-

Checking Drawings and Scope to ensure they align and highlighting any concerns

Working with the QS to ensure all sub contract orders are placed.

Ensuring all requirements are met for the site set up and that the Site Manager has all the information (drawings / sub contractors / project contacts) required to run the site.

During the construction phase you will be the point of contact for RFI’s with the client and internal departments.

Collating, retaining and storing project data towards the conclusion of the project.

This role is predominantly office based but will require frequent visits to sites for site meetings, some of which may require occasional time away from home depending upon the location of the project.

Candidates need to be strong organisers, with the ability to multi-task and deal with multiple projects running concurrently. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

They also require candidates to hold a CSCS Black Card or similar professional qualification and a SSSTS or SMSTS along with a full driving licence.

They are looking to recruit someone on an initial freelance basis of three to six months to ensure the fit is right before making it a permanent position. The role will come with a competitive salary plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.
