PRACTICE NURSE
HOURS: 37.5 HRS (FULL TIME or 2 PART TIME POSTS CONSIDERED)
CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT
Based in Dunfermline, Hospital Hill Surgery is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and well established team. The practice lies south-east of the city with excellent transport links via bus, rail and on site car parking. With a practice list size of approx. 8800, the ideal candidate would be a Practice Nurse with experience in chronic disease management, cervical screening, wound management, general nursing duties and health promotion.
You should possess excellent communication, inter personal, organisational skills, and be an active part of our clinical team. A prescribing qualification would be advantageous.
The post advertised is for 37.5 hours, however this is flexible with salary competitive and commensurate with experience.
All applicants should hold valid NMC registration, possess the relevant qualifications in chronic disease management, agree to PVG disclosure and be eligible to work in the UK.

1 Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
1 Dermatology Nurse
Midwife
Attached District Nurse and Health Visiting Teams
1 Practice Manager
1 Office Manager
1 Workflow Manager
Team of highly experienced and supportive admin staff
