Requirements

What will you do?

The post holder will be responsible for providing technical consultancy for the IFS ERP solution for Cooper Software’s clients including, but not limited to, creating technical solution outlines/definitions, defining, and providing end-user training, and creating supporting documentation. The role will also encompass the preparation of test data and guiding customers as they go through the system setup acceptance process.

The post holder will have a speciality in the technical area of IFS and experience in such a role previously.

The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring the Cooper Software product portfolio meets the needs of existing and potential IFS customers. They will also be key members of the implementation team for any delivery of these products to ensure the solution is integrated with the customer’s business processes and requirements.

What you will need?

The post holder should possess the following:

  • Degree-level qualification in a business-related subject is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience as an IFS Technical Consultant.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Abilities within IFS configuration & IFS Connectivity area.
  • Experience with Data Migration.
  • Experience with reporting within IFS.
  • Experience within a range of businesses and industries
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
