Role: Field Sales Executive
Location: West of Scotland
Salary: £35,000 (OTE £45,000-£50,000)
Search are recruiting Field Sales Executives to work with our client, a nationwide building materials supplier.
The role is to represent and promote the company with customers, to generate sales enquiries and orders from both new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Generate sales from new and existing customers
- Practise a consultative selling approach presenting sales proposals to potential customers
- Conduct market and industry research to stay on top of trends and competitors
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Educate yourself to achieve a sound product knowledge to provide a consultative selling approach
- Plan territory visits to ensure all customers are contacted on a regular basis
- Report all activity to the Sales Manager
About You:
- You will be a driven and outgoing sales professional with at least two years experience in a sales environment.
- You are confident delivering sales pitches in front of key decision makers
- Be able to build lasting relationships with your team and customers

- Monday-Friday
- 9am-5pm (37.5 per week)
