Electrician, £32,000 – £36,00 per annum + benefits We require an Electrician from a Facilities management background to carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across various commercial premises including high street retail, hospitality, and offices. The successful Electrician will be covering the Edinburgh, Fife and East Lothian Areas. Our client is offering the Electrician: £32,000- £36,000 per annum + overtime Company Van, Fuel Card, and Travel Time paid at 1.5x Tools An excellent pension scheme 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday On call/ standby twice per year + £100 standby allowance paid door to door Key responsibilities of the Electrician: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Identifying and repairing any electrical faults to lighting and power Undertake planned preventative maintenance and repairs, including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing Offer high level of customer service including general building maintenance when required. The successful Electrician Requires: Recognised apprenticeship/SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 17th or 18th Edition qualified Previous experience working within facilities management Testing and inspection experience or qualifications preferrable however not necessary.
