Exciting Growth Opportunity – We are hiring Customer Service Advisors in partnership with our client Nationwide Building Society.

Start date January 24th, 2023 and February 7th from their Dunfermline ofiice.

We are seeking Full Time Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about doing the right thing for Nationwide’s members.

What do we offer?

£11.25 per hour ( £21,937.50 per annum based on 37.5 hours/week)

Full training to support you before you go live – 4 weeks of dedicated training with Nationwide’s Training team to make sure you are fully supported and prepared

Great shift patterns – During training you will work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Located in Nationwide’s office at Caledonia House, Dunfermline

What does the role involve?

What experience do you need?

We are looking for candidates that have previous experience in dealing with Customer Services in particular within financial services or supporting customers in vulnerable situations. You will have a passion to help support members needs and can confidently build rapport on the phone. You will also have great attention to detail and accuracy when updating information on systems. You should thrive in working within a fast-paced environment.
