Job Overview
An exciting opportunity to work in the Mitie’s Central Government and Defence business unit as an business Support Administrator working on the Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) contract for Scotland & NI.
Main Duties
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :-
To provide a quality administration and support service to internal and external customers, promoting continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
To provide a professional administration service in a fast changing organisation,with a flexible and dynamic approach to work.
To monitor the core delivery of planned and remedial maintenance ensuring statutory certification compliance.
To ensure compliance with all of the contractual documentation requirements, to track completion, review, updates and uploads to the CAFM technical information centre (TIC) and the clients common data environment (CDE) and in accordance with the clients naming convention.
To support on all documentation, naming convention uploads into Sharepoint and the clients AIM Common Data Environment
Working with supply chain to ensure documentation and certification requirements are met.
