Business Development Manager (Bathrooms)£30,000 – £35,000 + Commission (OTE £40k – 50k) + Car + Benefits + HybridDunfermline, ScotlandDo you have Business Development experience or similar and are looking to join a well-established and family run business, with tailored product training, and the opportunity to increase your earnings through generous commissions, all within a Monday to Friday based role?In this role you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the customer relationships. This is home based with weekly visits to the Dunfermline site required. Full training on bathroom products will be given, giving you all the tools you need to succeed in the role.The company are a market leader in the bathroom industry, and have been established for 25 years. With sites sotted all over the country, they are in a good period of growth. This coupled with fantastic employee retention make sit the perfect time to get on board and drive success!This role would suit someone with Business Development experience or similar who is looking to join a well-established company with tailored training plans and opportunities to increase your earnings through generous commissions. The Role:
- Generating new business and customer relationship management
- Product training on bathroom supplies
- Home / road based (with visits to the office roughly once per week)
- Monday to Friday role (8am – 5pm)
The Person:
- Business Development experience or similar
- Experience with meeting customers
- Eager to drive sales and develop business
