Purpose of the Role
To provide CAD support to the various branches of Keller UK by producing drawings and documentation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operations
Produce drawings using AutoCAD/Revit and associated programmes in order to provide support to the various branches of Keller UK.
Create sketches/drawings as required by engineers.
Ensure all work produced meets the required CAD/BIM standard and to maintain the drawing register, file electronically and manually as appropriate.
Ensure completion with agreed timescales.
Assist project engineers with data input (e.g. co-ordinated setting out drawings and schedules).
Customer
Maintain and develop a strong customer focus in the timely provision of accurate drawings.
Ensure drawings are issued to site teams and clients in a timely manner.
Confidently liaise with, assist and direct clients over the phone.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications/Personal Attributes
Minimum
2 passed A-Levels.
GCSE’s C or above in Maths, English and Science.
IT literate and an intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Desirable
Experience within the Construction Industry.
Experience with AUTOCAD Software.
Personal AttributesExcellent communication skills.
Flexibility to be able to carry out duties not part of the normal remit in the interests of the team.
Outgoing and Friendly.
Team Player.
Good eye for detail.
Take responsibility for the detailed content of the work.
Ability to meet short term deadlines while not losing a strategic focus.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Aspiring to develop professionally and possess a willingness to learn and develop new skills with a desire to increase experience in the production of 3D AutoCAD drawings and use of BIM.
